Business Analytics Lead - Customer Data Forensics

Lead efforts to improve the quality, governance, and usability of enterprise customer data. Partner across business, technology, and risk teams to define data standards, resolve issues, and enable trusted data products for analytics, reporting, and decisioning. This role focuses on shaping and delivering analytically ready datasets and reusable features.

• Subject matter expert for enterprise customer data concepts
• Drive customer data definition alignment and strategy
• Lead investigation of data anomalies using root cause analysis
• Implement scalable controls and preventive measures
• Partner with analytics and data science teams on data requirements
