About this role
As a Data Scientist on our Transformation & Performance Improvement team, you will leverage data integration, statistical analysis, and optimization techniques to solve complex operational challenges, primarily within manufacturing. You will develop data pipelines, create performance dashboards, and collaborate directly with production sites to identify and implement improvements, driving innovation across our industrial operations.
What we are looking for 6
- Apply statistical methods to analyze industrial metrics like yields and OEE
- Develop and maintain data pipelines using Python and SQL
- Create Power BI dashboards and KPIs for performance monitoring
- Contribute to simulation and optimization projects
- Collaborate with production sites to identify improvement opportunities
- Communicate analytical findings to diverse stakeholders
