• Analyze ServiceNow and Jira data to identify operational bottlenecks and process misalignments
• Develop repeatable query patterns, dashboards, and exception reports
• Translate technical findings into clear business narratives and recommendations
• Mine logs and events for application or platform instability patterns
• Document operational remediation steps and runbooks
• Define practical AI use cases to improve SaaS Operations and analysis
