AI & Workforce Signals Analyst

Protiviti is seeking an AI & Workforce Signals Analyst to join their People Analytics team in New York City. This hybrid role focuses on applying AI, NLP, and automation to enterprise-scale workforce data to generate predictive insights on skills, engagement, and talent movement. You will build production-ready solutions and partner with stakeholders to translate advanced models into actionable intelligence for leaders.

• Design and implement AI-based signal generation for people data
