Manager: Business Analytics & Reporting

Manage business analytics and financial reporting for CVS Health's rapidly growing Supplemental Benefits team. This role involves synthesizing data, managing stakeholders, and developing financial strategies for various benefit programs. You will collaborate cross-functionally to drive insights and present performance reports.

• Assist in total program reporting and financial reconciliations
• Prepare and present weekly performance reports
• Manage program expense reporting, forecasts, and postmortem analysis
• Support ad hoc analysis and reporting
• Meet with internal and external stakeholders to present data
• Build and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams and clients
