AI Research Scientist - Datadog AI Research (DAIR)

Datadog AI Research is seeking a Research Scientist to work on fundamental AI research problems, focusing on world models for observability and trained agents for autonomous operations. You will collaborate with engineers and product teams to translate research into Datadog's cloud observability and security products.

• Conduct research in generative AI and machine learning for observability
• Train multimodal foundation models on large-scale telemetry data
• Design and build simulation environments and RL training loops
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities
• Contribute to research publications and open-source model artifacts
