Lead the DGS Data Science team in Chennai, India, to deliver advanced measurement and marketing science models for client analytics. This player-coach role involves managing model development pipelines, ensuring methodological rigor, and driving the productization of key models while also contributing to model building yourself.

• Lead DGS Data Science team, managing workload, quality, and timelines
• Own end-to-end model development for MMM, incrementality, RBA, and forecasting
• Manage 3rd Party Agentic Analytics client pilot setup and GTM strategy
• Establish methodology standards and model validation frameworks
• Partner with VP, Data Science on strategic decisions and team capability building
• Train and mentor Data Scientists on advanced statistical methods and client communication
