Decision Science Analyst Lead

Join a new Member Value Decision Science team to drive data and analytics for enhanced member experiences. This role involves applying advanced statistical modeling and quantitative analysis to solve complex business challenges, influence strategic decisions, and develop actionable insights. The position is remote eligible in the continental U.S. with occasional travel, but hybrid work is expected for those near a USAA office.

• Lead discussions with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and influence solution strategies
• Apply advanced analytical techniques to solve large-scale business problems impacting strategy
• Organize and oversee the development of requirements and resources
• Translate recommendations into communication materials for all levels of management
• Identify and gather relevant, quality data sources for analysis
