About this role

Lead Data Scientist to drive adoption of advanced technologies and develop enterprise-ready solutions for D&A Operations. You will partner with Operations and Technology teams to design data-driven solutions, focusing on NLP, deep learning, and Generative AI. This role requires hands-on expertise in end-to-end data science initiatives, MLOps, and cloud platforms, with a focus on delivering scalable, innovative, and high-impact solutions in the financial domain.

Drive adoption of advanced technologies and develop enterprise-ready solutions
Design and build production-grade AI models including deep learning, NLP, LLMs, and RAG
Lead end-to-end data science initiatives from problem definition to continuous improvement
Partner with domain experts and senior business stakeholders to co-create AI/ML strategies
Ensure production-grade delivery on cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) with MLOps/LLMOps and CI/CD
Act as a technical authority, guiding and mentoring data scientists and ML engineers
