About this role

As a Data Analyst, you will translate data needs into scalable reporting and analytics solutions, partnering with business teams to understand requirements and engineering teams to source and prepare data. You will develop business intelligence dashboards using Power BI and Tableau, enabling data-driven decision-making across our Medical Stop Loss operations.

Partner with business SMEs to understand data needs and reporting requirements
Translate business needs into structured data and reporting requirements
Perform data analysis, profiling, and validation across multiple data sources
Design and develop dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau
Collaborate with data engineers on data pipelines in Azure and Microsoft Fabric
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and maintain documentation
