What we are looking for

Develop and publish workforce dashboards for talent acquisition, management, and internal movement
Govern and improve data integrity, accuracy, and compliance across HRIS platforms
Identify opportunities to integrate AI into HRIS and analytics solutions
Collaborate with global HR, Finance, and IT teams
Minimum 3-5 years of data analytics or HR systems experience
Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, SQL)
