Capacity Planner Data Analyst

Fiserv is seeking a Capacity Planner Data Analyst to develop and maintain forecasting and capacity planning models for print production. You will analyze volume trends, evaluate capacity impacts, and improve planning accuracy to support operational decisions and meet client commitments.

• Develop rolling production forecasts using historical data and business inputs
• Evaluate forecast accuracy and refine methodologies
• Design and maintain capacity planning models for facility, equipment, and staffing
• Analyze operational data using SQL, Python, Snowflake, and Power BI
• Perform what-if analyses to assess operational impacts
• Advise business leaders on schedule adjustments and workload balancing
