About this role
As a Data Analyst on the Business Performance Management team, you will play a key role in analyzing business unit performance, supporting executive data insights, and administering commission plans. You will collaborate across departments to ensure data accuracy and contribute to the development of executive dashboards and reporting solutions.

- Prepare variance analyses, scorecards, and executive dashboards
- Validate reporting and resolve data discrepancies with cross-functional teams
- Manage commission calculations, validations, and participant records
- Automate reporting processes and improve data accuracy
- Develop executive-level dashboards and performance reporting
- 5+ years of experience in financial analysis or performance management
