Senior Data Analyst, Commerce

Midi Health is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to lead the data strategy for their commerce and fulfillment operations. This role involves analyzing patient purchasing journeys across both an internal prescription platform and a Shopify storefront, optimizing e-commerce funnels, and driving revenue while maintaining clinical integrity. You will collaborate with data science, marketing, product, and operations teams to provide actionable insights.

• Analyze dual-platform patient purchasing funnels
• Optimize e-commerce funnels and drive renewals/retention
• Analyze product margins and identify up-selling/cross-selling opportunities
• Collaborate with Data Science on LTV models
• Support Lifecycle Marketing and Store Operations
• Inform Product Strategy with user journey insights
