• Lead design and development of complex BI models, dashboards, and reports
• Synthesize and provide meaningful business intelligence from data
• Communicate complex data insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Apply programming skills (SQL, Python, R, VBA) for data gathering and analysis
• Utilize advanced analytics and predictive models to identify compliance risks
