- Lead and mentor a team of 4 Junior Data Scientists
- Design and deploy advanced ML solutions for demand forecasting and inventory optimization
- Utilize advanced analytical tools and techniques (SQL, PySpark, Python/R)
- Improve analytical pipelines by researching and implementing new algorithms
- Collaborate with business teams to address supply chain pain points
- Contribute to internal Data Science training and recruiting efforts
