Senior Data Scientist

Fractal is seeking an experienced Senior Data Scientist with a focus on Generative AI and Natural Language Processing (NLP). This role involves developing and implementing NLP models, preprocessing text data, and extracting insights from large datasets to solve complex business problems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stay updated with the latest advancements in NLP and machine learning.

• Develop and implement NLP models for text classification, sentiment analysis, and language translation
• Preprocess and clean large volumes of text data
• Engineer relevant features from text data to improve model performance
• Train, fine-tune, and validate NLP models
• Conduct exploratory data analysis on textual datasets
• Collaborate with data engineers, software developers, and domain experts
