Senior Data Scientist

Join Sysco LABS as a Senior Data Scientist to drive end-to-end data science and machine learning projects. You will translate complex business challenges into scalable AI solutions, develop advanced models including Generative AI applications, and own the model lifecycle from development to deployment and monitoring. This role offers the opportunity to shape technical strategies and mentor junior scientists within a global leader in the foodservice industry.

• Lead end-to-end Data Science and ML projects from concept to production
• Develop advanced ML models including forecasting, predictive analytics, and Generative AI
• Own model lifecycle management, deployment, monitoring, and governance
• Design and implement scalable cloud-based AI solutions on AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical roadmaps and strategies
• Mentor junior Data Scientists and promote best practices in MLOps and AI governance
