About this role

Guidehouse is seeking a Senior Data Analyst with child welfare expertise to support a state agency modernization. You will translate program needs into data-driven insights, reporting, and dashboards to improve decision-making and service delivery for children and families.

Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and define analytics needs
Assess and prepare data from multiple systems for analytics
Design and develop operational and decision-support dashboards
Translate program workflows and policy into clear metrics and KPIs
Build and publish user-centered data products
Advise stakeholders on expanding data's role and impact
