Business intelligence & Data Analyst

As a Business Intelligence & Data Analyst at TJX Canada, you will transform raw data into actionable insights that guide strategic decisions in Merchandising and Operations. You will develop innovative reporting solutions, collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs, and translate requirements into user stories for Intelligent Automation initiatives. This role offers an exciting opportunity to modernize operational models and drive business value within a dynamic retail environment.

• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and BI tools
• Partner with business stakeholders to provide analytical support and recommendations
• Identify opportunities for process efficiency and enhanced business intelligence
• Support implementation of operational efficiency solutions (RPA, Power Automate, Power Apps)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, Excel, and Power Platform (DAX, M Language, Power Query)
• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience in a relevant field
