Business Analyst - Data

Cohere Health is seeking a Business Analyst II to join their Data Platform team in Hyderabad. This role bridges client needs with technical execution, focusing on gathering requirements, writing user stories, and shaping data solutions. You will collaborate with clients, product managers, and engineers to develop high-quality data products within a mission-driven healthcare environment.

• Gather and document detailed business and data requirements
• Translate business needs into user stories and epics
• Perform data gap analyses and source-to-target mapping
• Validate data outputs and support QA processes using SQL
• Support data profiling and quality monitoring efforts
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies and internal process improvements
