Business Insights Analyst

As a Business Insights Analyst, you will transform complex operational data into actionable business intelligence and automated workflows. You will leverage the Google ecosystem and SQL to query massive datasets, build internal tools, and report on key performance indicators and AI/ML model quality. This role is crucial for identifying operational bottlenecks and driving efficiency through data-driven insights and automation.

• Write optimized SQL queries in Google BigQuery and Amazon Redshift
• Develop and deploy automations using Google Apps Script
• Track and analyze operational performance and SLA compliance
• Design and maintain dashboards in Looker Studio and Google Sheets
• Evaluate AI/ML classifier quality using standard metrics
• Conduct root cause analysis for performance issues
