Analytics & Intelligence - Lead Analyst

Roche is seeking a Lead Analyst to join their Global Analytics and Technology Center of Excellence in India. This role will partner with the Global Pharma Strategy team to shape Roche's strategy through market and customer insights, acting as an internal consultant and strategist. You will provide thought leadership in a specific disease area, integrating data and activating insights-driven problem-solving for senior leaders.

• Influence global disease area, asset, and commercialization strategies
• Generate customer and market-centric insights
• Provide financial and performance analysis
• Integrate data from multiple sources for market evolution understanding
• Lead insights and analytics projects from inception to completion
• Collaborate with R&D, Product Development, and Medical Affairs teams
