Staff Applied Scientist , Inventory & Marketplace Quality 

The Trade Desk is seeking a Staff Applied Scientist to join the Marketplace Quality Engineering team. This role involves providing technical and strategic leadership in developing advanced machine learning models and analytical systems to ensure the integrity and performance of the digital advertising marketplace. You will own the data science roadmap, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor other data scientists.

• Own data science vision and roadmap for marketplace quality initiatives
• Design, build, and productionize ML models for fraud and quality detection
• Define and maintain metrics, experimentation, and monitoring systems
• Develop analytical and explainability frameworks
• Collaborate with product and business stakeholders
• Act as a staff-level technical leader and mentor data scientists
