Business analyst

As a Business Analyst on the Data Science and Modeling team, you will design and build cutting-edge AI/ML solutions, including those leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems. You will apply your expertise in machine learning, prompt engineering, and data manipulation to solve complex business challenges and drive economic value for the bank.

• Design and deploy end-to-end LLM solutions with a focus on RAG systems
• Apply Agentic AI fundamentals to create autonomous intelligent systems
• Utilize classical machine learning algorithms like Gradient Boosting and Clustering
• Lead advanced prompt engineering and establish LLM testing frameworks
• Work with large datasets using Python and SQL
• Translate complex AI/ML findings into actionable insights for stakeholders
