Define and execute AI strategy and roadmap for commercial portfolio
Lead end-to-end delivery of AI initiatives from proof of concept to production
Establish quality, governance, and responsible AI frameworks
Partner with US commercial teams and drive AI adoption
Build AI capability within the India team through coaching and development
Proficiency in Python, generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG
