Data Scientist, Supply

Anthropic is seeking a Data Scientist to optimize compute allocation by building analytical frameworks and causal inference models. This role will bridge the gap between volatile demand and finite compute resources, directly impacting user outcomes like retention and lifetime value. You will partner with infrastructure and product teams to translate data-driven insights into operational changes and present findings to senior leadership.

• Build and run testing frameworks to quantify compute allocation outcomes
• Connect compute allocation decisions to downstream user outcomes
• Partner with infrastructure, product, and research teams
• Develop metric hierarchies, dashboards, and reporting
• Contribute analyses and recommendations to executive forums
• Strong technical background in data science, analytics, or operations research
