• Lead a 60-person enterprise data science and machine learning organization
• Define and lead talent strategy for attracting and retaining technical and leadership talent
• Set enterprise standards and technical direction for modeling, experimentation, deployment, monitoring, and governance
• Guide the development of production-grade solutions on cloud-based platforms
• Partner with executives to define decision-support capabilities that improve business outcomes
• Ensure regulatory compliance through the development and deployment of analytical tools
