Data Analyst

PCI Pharma Services is seeking a Data Analyst to manage and enhance Salesforce reporting and dashboards for the Business Development team. You will analyze pipeline and contract data, monitor key performance indicators, and deliver executive reporting decks to highlight trends and insights. This role requires translating complex data into clear, compelling presentations for leadership and partnering with BD leadership to drive performance and strategic initiatives.

• Manage and enhance Salesforce reporting and dashboards
• Analyze pipeline and awarded contracts
• Monitor pipeline health, conversion rates, and forecast accuracy
• Deliver monthly executive reporting decks with key trends and insights
• Translate data into visually compelling presentations for leadership
• Track and present KPIs including win rates and pipeline coverage
