What we are looking for 6
- 3+ years of experience in data analytics, data management, or BI
- Strong SQL, ETL/ELT, data warehousing, and data governance skills
- Proficiency with analytical and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, Python, R)
- Excellent communication and client-facing stakeholder management abilities
- Experience designing and building data models and reports
- Ability to lead projects and mentor junior analysts
