Clinical Deployment Specialist

ZOLL Medical Corporation is seeking a Clinical Deployment Specialist to enhance customer satisfaction and retention by providing clinical education and implementation for their cardiac monitor/defibrillators and related software. This role involves customer support, equipment setup, post-sale training, troubleshooting, and follow-up for EMS and hospital clients.

• Drive EMS sales through clinical education and implementation
• Support new cardiac monitor/defibrillator and software deployments
• Provide pre- and post-sale customer support and training
• Conduct equipment setup, troubleshooting, and follow-up
• Requires paramedic level or higher and 10+ years pre-hospital experience
• Clinical training experience required
