As a Senior Data Scientist on our People Analytics team, you will leverage your expertise in quantitative methods and statistical reasoning to interpret workforce data and develop data-driven solutions. You will partner with business stakeholders to identify analytical opportunities, design and deliver analyses using advanced statistical techniques, and translate complex findings into actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
