Lead high-impact business intelligence and analytics engineering initiatives
Design and architect scalable data pipelines and models using SQL, Python, BigQuery, Airflow
Translate ambiguous business needs into technical and analytical approaches
Own key data products end-to-end, ensuring quality and reliability
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members
Apply analytical and statistical methods to derive actionable insights
