Registered Nurse- Cardiovascular CVC

Kaweah Health is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse for their Cardiovascular Center in Visalia, California. This role involves providing direct patient care, advocating for patients and families, and collaborating with the healthcare team to promote health and prevent illness. The position requires a CA RN license and BLS certification, with ACLS needed within one year of hire.

• Provide direct patient care using the nursing process
• Act as a patient advocate and promote self-advocacy
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team
• Monitor quality of care and participate in improvement activities
• Serve as a clinical resource and mentor for staff
• Manage patient flow and coordinate care in emergent situations
