• Analyze claims, provider, member, and encounter data to identify trends and business impact
• Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot complex SQL scripts and reports
• Contribute to large-scale analytics projects with limited direction
• Perform root-cause analysis of data irregularities and present findings
• Partner cross-functionally to communicate data-driven insights to non-technical stakeholders
• Provide technical guidance to junior analysts
