Director, Analytics & Business Intelligence, Digital Product Operations

College Board is seeking a Director of Analytics & Business Intelligence to build and manage the measurement infrastructure for its Digital Product Operations team. This role involves defining key metrics, developing dashboards, and analyzing data to drive improvements in product team planning, delivery, and adoption of new practices. The ideal candidate will not only present data but also interpret its meaning and champion data-informed change within the organization.

• Define and build product metrics dashboards for roadmap maturity and team performance
• Partner with leaders to establish baselines and targets for meaningful improvement
• Design self-serve dashboards for product teams to understand their own health data
• Develop a measurement framework for ProdOps effectiveness and change management
• Analyze adoption data to diagnose gaps and recommend courses of action
• Own ongoing maintenance, data governance, and quality audits for all dashboards
