Bioinformatics Analyst

Cincinnati Children's is seeking a temporary Bioinformatics Analyst to curate, annotate, and analyze biomedical data, including genomic and clinical information. This role involves executing data processing pipelines, utilizing bioinformatics tools, and collaborating with scientific and technology teams to support research and publications.

• Curate, annotate, and organize biomedical data (genomic, clinical, imaging, sequencing)
• Execute data processing and analysis pipelines
