Data Analyst - Servicing Operations

Partner with leadership to analyze and report on data driving operational excellence in lending. You will support operations, call center, and servicing reporting needs, enabling data-driven decisions to enhance efficiency and performance. Utilize statistics, technical expertise, and modern data platforms to generate actionable insights and guide strategic decisions.

• Identify and communicate patterns in operations and call center data
• Create and support business intelligence tools, databases, dashboards, and reports
• Use data to support and challenge business solutions with stakeholders
• Define, gather, and validate data requirements and ensure data quality
• Develop and maintain KPIs and metrics around operational performance
• Support transition to Sigma as primary reporting and visualization platform
