Ace is seeking a Data Analyst to join our ERS Call Center Analytics team. You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining reports that measure key performance indicators, developing internal performance and financial reports, and providing ad hoc data analysis. This role requires proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and experience with data manipulation and analysis.
