Data Analyst III (Healthcare Analytics)

Analyze complex healthcare datasets to drive business decisions and improve member outcomes. You will collaborate with stakeholders to identify value, develop solutions, and deliver insights that reduce care costs and enhance clinical results. • Analyze integrated datasets including claims, provider, member, and encounters data
• Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot complex SQL scripts and reports
• Identify and perform root-cause analysis of data irregularities
• Partner cross-functionally to communicate data-driven insights and recommendations
• Intermediate to advanced SQL proficiency with ability to write queries from scratch
• Experience with Power BI, ETL processes, and automation is preferred
