BI Analyst - Semantic Layer

Cars Commerce is seeking a BI Analyst to join their Data and AI Platform team in Chicago. This role focuses on building and maintaining the company's first governed semantic/metrics layer and data catalog. You will author metric and dimension definitions as code, collaborate with business stakeholders to define KPIs, and ensure consistency of data definitions across various tools.

• Author and maintain semantic layer definitions as code
• Manage the metric definition lifecycle from request to deprecation
• Own and maintain Atlan glossary content
• Ensure metric and term consistency across tools
• Apply definition discipline to establish canonical taxonomy content
• Hands-on technical role with significant business stakeholder interaction
