SERM Scientific Director

GSK is seeking a SERM Scientific Director to provide medical and scientific expertise in safety evaluation and risk management for key assets during clinical development and post-marketing. This role involves ensuring scientifically sound data interpretation, managing safety issues, and making recommendations for risk management and communication to senior management and governance bodies.

• Lead pharmacovigilance and risk management planning and strategy
• Lead safety component of global regulatory submissions
• Expert evaluation and analytical thinking for data synthesis and interpretation
• Lead safety governance and execution for products in development and post-marketing
• Represent GSK on cross-functional teams and lead ad hoc teams for safety issues
• Author and update standard operating procedures for policies and regulations
