Associate Director, Operations Strategy & Business Intelligence (US)

This role focuses on improving agency operations through strategy and business intelligence. You will design and build solutions for systems, data, and workflows, including automation and AI tools, to enhance decision-making and efficiency across project management, financials, and HR. The position involves significant hands-on execution and offers the opportunity to shape the evolution of the operations function.

• Design and build operational solutions using automation and AI
• Gather requirements and map workflows across agency systems
• Partner with Finance, Delivery, HR, and Technology leads
• Develop integrations and build internal agents for data analysis
• Contribute to AI accelerators and data lake development
• Translate reporting needs into data requirements and dashboards
