MFS is seeking a Quantitative Research Analyst to join their team in Boston, developing and managing quantitative equity strategies. You will lead research projects, enhance stock selection models, and contribute to portfolio construction, working closely with portfolio managers and fundamental researchers.

What we are looking for

Lead independent research projects on stock selection factors and model estimation
Develop and enhance quantitative equity strategies with $27bn AUM
Contribute to research agenda by attending conferences and monitoring academic research
Write production code for research and portfolio management processes
Serve on Global Sector Teams, providing quantitative perspective
Minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience required
