Director, Business Intelligence

Sprinklr is seeking a Director of Business Intelligence to lead the strategy and execution of our global BI roadmap. This role will partner with business leaders to drive data-driven decision-making, oversee data engineering and analytics, and advance AI-enabled business outcomes. The ideal candidate has deep technical expertise, strong business acumen, and experience scaling BI teams in a global SaaS environment.

• Translate BI strategy into a prioritized roadmap and manage project delivery
• Partner with Finance, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and HR
• Oversee data engineering, data science, governance, and analytics
• Advance AI-enabled analytics, predictive, prescriptive, and generative models
• Lead and mentor a global team of BI engineers, data engineers, analysts, and data scientists
• Own the BI technology stack, vendor strategy, and modernization roadmap
