Senior Data Scientist - Consumer

Reddit is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to join their growing Data Science team. You will partner with cross-functional teams to drive user and revenue growth by defining product strategy, designing experiments, and conducting deep data analyses. This role offers the opportunity to lead and contribute to key product areas, mentor junior scientists, and influence C-suite decisions.

• Drive product strategy through causal analysis and experiment meta-analysis
• Uplevel experimentation practices and guide A/B test design and analysis
• Create ETLs, tables, and dashboards for data accessibility
• Design and measure team-level KPIs for goal setting and impact demonstration
• Mentor junior data scientists and business partners
• Communicate complex topics to technical and non-technical audiences
