Manager, Data Analytics and Insights

As a Manager of Data Analytics and Insights, you will be instrumental in supporting daily operations through in-depth data analysis, issue resolution, and helpdesk support. This role requires a highly motivated individual with a knack for analytics and a collaborative spirit to work with clients and partners across Fidelity.

• Perform detailed data analysis and issue identification
• Provide helpdesk support and process documentation
• Collaborate with clients, data vendors, and business partners
• Utilize SQL and MS Office; Python experience is a plus
• Proactively identify and resolve data quality issues
• Propose process enhancements for operational efficiency
