What we are looking for

Design, develop, and implement AI/ML solutions including generative AI
Select appropriate modeling approaches and articulate trade-offs
Own the machine learning lifecycle from data to evaluation
Translate business needs into scalable AI-enabled tools
Collaborate with domain experts and cross-functional teams
Experience with Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and GenAI stacks
