As a Data Analyst II Provider Analytics, you will analyze extensive datasets to identify opportunities for cost reduction and improved clinical outcomes for our members. You will collaborate with business stakeholders to develop solutions and deliver actionable insights, playing a key role in shaping business decisions and enhancing healthcare delivery.

• Analyze integrated datasets from multiple healthcare sources
• Support large-scale projects with limited direction
• Identify and analyze data irregularities, presenting findings to leadership
• Manage multiple tasks and data review processes independently
• Communicate data-driven insights to technical and non-technical partners
• Utilize SQL for data analysis and potentially Python/R for advanced analytics
