Principal Quantitative Research Analyst - Research Analysis Specialist Sr

Serve as the primary expert in advanced quantitative research, evaluation, and statistical analysis for Saint Paul College. You will lead complex data analyses to answer strategic questions about college performance and student outcomes, and provide methodological guidance to faculty and staff. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to interpret evidence and apply findings to decision-making, while also strengthening data literacy across the institution.

• Lead quantitative research, evaluative analysis, and institutional inquiry
• Consult and partner with faculty, staff, and leaders on evidence interpretation
• Advance data literacy and responsible use of evidence
• Expertise in quantitative research design and statistical analysis
• Proficiency with data management and visualization tools
• Communicate complex technical information to diverse audiences
